Helpdesk - Ticket Filters - Search

Hi,

When I want to find a ticket that contains one or more words, it only returns the tickets of the current year (or the last modifications of ticket. He does not look in previous years !

Is there a way that in the 'Search' section he can search in all years!

all tickets , (date filter, status, type, priority , etc... = none)

Search : PDF    = return nothing !  only show tickets with PDF (in it) after 2023

Do you have other filters inadvertently set, that would definitely cause issues? The all tickets view with all statuses checked should pull anything with the words typed in the search.  We do this all the time and it works.
