2 nice articles but I think these are aimed at people who don't have lansweeper so where do I find them as I now have full access to the tool so wouldn't mind trying these also saw some blogs about lansweeper and powershell wouldn't mind giving this a try.

These are reports for Lansweeper. If you don't have Lansweeper they will not work. To access reports, over over the reports menu at the top. There you can click in the search menu and use it to find the reports that you mentioned. If you do not see them listed you will need to create them which is an easy process that I can guide you through.

Top man We have lansweeper and I have access looks like I have access to around 1300 reports all together I don't see any for the hardware and bsod searched for BLue screen/bsod and hardware so looks like I need to add them please?
