Dear Team, I have running Actions for more than a year, I used all the functions that are very much useful.
I would like to use 'Actions' but Am failed to execute a query in client PC. even I had tried Default queries in
Lansweeper. works in some systems only.
My question is
what are the requirements to be in client system
Do I need to have actions Queries in local folder?
I have enabled WMI ports, RPC ports and scanning is successful in all PCs. Do any other functions should be open for
Actions.
I am failing in Software Deployment too.
Kindly suggest me, how to start actions.

I would start with checking the connection from the Lansweeper server to the assets you are trying to run actions on.
You can do this by performing a test with testconnection.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the client machine, submit the same credential used by Lansweeper to scan the client and show us the entire test window. Everything should be green in an ideal situation.
Additionally, configure your browser:
Chrome: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/22/custom-actions-in-chrome.html
Internet Explorer: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/10/customactions.html
Firefox: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/11/firefoxplugin.html
Lastly, some actions need administrative privileges. Actions are run using the credentials used to run the browser. Therefore, you might have to run actions as a different user and use admin credentials: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/187/running-actions-as-a-different-user.html
