it is asking me for a trial key which I did not receive and it won't let me contact support. This product and company are already beyond frustrating

Your website at no point in time mentions you have to go through a convoluted process. You sign up and install for free trial then you are sent to a download link. Then once you download and try install you are stuck and unable to install. Because nowhere was it indicated you need to email sales as an additional and inconvenient step.
This company is bad would never use your products and will certainly recommend everyone I know to stay away.
