Engaged Sweeper
We recently migrated Lansweeper to SQL Server and enabled Windows Auth in the IIS settings. Ever since doing this, the only person who is able to actually get into it is the person who installed it. We use an Active Directory domain and allow the Domain Administrators OU as having access to Lansweeper but nobody else can actually log in it just denies their credentials. We also have the users added into the Lansweeper User Access and Roles page as well but still cannot log in. Any help would be appreciated.

We figured it out! We had to edit the Authorization Rules in IIS Manager as well. 🙂
