I'm in the process of redrawing the main one, adding some of the relevant port numbers.
I'm then planning a table to describe the components, a table to describe the data stores, and finally, a table to describe data flows to crossing network boundaries.
I'll do that for classic/hybrid and then try and do the same for our next gen model.
