Hi Lansweeper Community!

We’re considering hosting a customer-focused session in early December, and we’d love to know if you’d be interested in joining us for a collaborative, hands-on event all about troubleshooting scanning errors and boosting scan performance. We know December is a busy month, but this could be a valuable opportunity to connect, learn, and swap tips with other Lansweeper pros!

Event Overview: Scanning Deep Dive – Troubleshooting and Performance Hacks

  • Format: Virtual, 1-hour casual and collaborative session
  • Audience: Users with intermediate Lansweeper experience
  • Hosts: Experienced Lansweeper users (5+ years)

Here’s a quick outline:

What to Expect: In this laid-back, discussion-driven session, our hosts will kick things off with a brief overview of common scanning issues (slow scan times, scanning errors, optimizing scan targets) and how they’ve handled them. Then, we’ll open the floor for a roundtable discussion where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and trade solutions with your peers.

Proposed Agenda Highlights:

  • Starting Simple: Common scanning errors and quick fixes
  • Optimizing Scans: Tips for managing large networks, scheduling, and improving scan performance
  • Active Directory Scanning: Best practices and troubleshooting
  • Fine-Tuning Your Setup: Advice on balancing scan load without overwhelming resources
