When I tried scanning a different VLAN I was not getting any results. So I moved the machine to that VLAN and tried running the scan again but it still is not showing any assets from that VLAN. That VLAN is added as an IP Range target and I can ping machines on it. When I try to manually run a scan it doesn't look like anything is happening and it doesn't show any errors. What can I try?

Hi!
Starting with step 1, I don't seem to have the "web console's search bar". Also my interface looks different so not sure how to follow most of the suggestions. In any case, I restarted the service, tried restarting the Lansweeper computer, the targets are online and they are configured identically to targets on the original VLAN so they should respond the same way to being scanned, still not a single machine/IP from this VLAN shows up in the console.
