So, I have everything setup for Exchange/Microsoft Office 365 Scanning.

I setup the Scanning Creds and Scanning Targets for Microsoft Office 365 and used Thumbprint.

I've setup the API Calls for the app "Screenshot provided". I've also provided it with Exchange Administrator Role in Azure.

The Scan is working without errors. I enabled Logging

I did noticed the Check box for Scanned Item Interval is unchecked and is grayed out. is that my problem? if so how do I fix it. "Screenshot provided"

Hi SwiftCrypt,

As long as the scanned item interval doesn't say all disabled then it should work, the check box is juxt to turn on the history.

We would recommend going through the below article, ensuring that these requirements are met:

https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/scanning-exchange-server-mailboxes/

  • NET 4.8 or higher is installed on the Exchange server; as the script relies on .NET components to get the FQDN of the Domain Controller,
  • The client machine's FQDN has been successfully scanned or manually added to the asset in Lansweeper.
  • The Windows Remote Management service (WinRM) must be running on your exchange server and DC server it is connected to.
  • Remote receiving of PowerShell commands must be enabled on your exchange server and DC server it is connected to.
  • A firewall rule must be added to allow traffic over TCP port 5986 between the Lansweeper scanning server and your DC and between the Lansweeper scanning server and the Exchange server you want to scan
