Hi,

I've noticed an issue with our Lansweeper server where the queue seems to become stuck and all assets stop being scanned. It seems to happen every couple weeks, and I can resolve it by restarting the lansweeper service.


Has anyone else come across this issue? It seems to be happening more frequently, and I'd prefer not having to monitor it regularly, as well as having to restart the service.

I would recommend updating to our latest version (6.0.150) and checking if that resolves it. Update instructions can be found here if needed: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/118/updating-your-installation.html
