After moving my Lansweeper installation to a new server (Windows Server 2022), I experienced a crash with the Lansweeper server service.

 

Errors in Event logs:

 

Application: Lansweeperservice.exe

Dear, 
We received a few similar requests from other customers, and so far, we have been able to identify the following solutions/workarounds.

  1. Make sure the Lansweeper service is whitelisted for your Virusscanner.
  2. install the .NET developer pack (only for IIS crashes): https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net48

    Could you please try if one of them solves it for you?

The service crashes after starting an IP range scan. Scanning of one PC takes place without crashing the service.
