You need to enable snmp (optionally) for linux but SSH + SSH credentials for the ip range is a requirement.

In my configuration, Devicetester.exe is available in the web interface under 'advanced actions' when picking any device (not computer). I can't remember if I added this or not. But if you need to manually add it, using lsmanage.exe, under "configuration|custom actions|device actions", then use this for your action: {actionpath}devicetester.exe {ipaddress}

Looking in this folder I found devicetester.exe, but I dont see it on web interface. Can I add this to actions panel on lansweeper web interface?

Below you can see the output when I run this utility with my linux server:

The server on which you installed the Lansweeper service, you should have an install path similar to: \program files\lansweeper\actions. Devicetester.exe should be in this location. You have no "actions" folder?

Can you use the device tester for this device and post the output please.

I did this, and now lansweeper show it as "not scanned" pc. On this PC I see the following messages:
Cannot connect to DCOM port 135 : Firewalled? (lin386vm)
The RPC server is unavailable 0x800706BA (lin386vm, 10.1.210.35)

The pc has firewall off

When I add this range, lansweeper automatically scan this machine or it has a delay?
On the other hand, can I launch a rescan of all of my network manually?
