We have our Lansweeper DB syncing with Endpoint and when it refreshes the data it clears out all of our Custom fields.  How do we prevent this from happening again.  I'm going to restore the DB and disable InTune syncing for now I'm hoping that it will prevent us from losing the data again.  Thanks for your help.

Can you please contact Lansweeper support for this. If the data is really deleted, we need to look into this. 
There is a possibility the new scan sees your asset as a new one then the data of the custom fields might get lost. 
But ideally the data should stay. 

When contacting Lansweeper Support, please mention as well if your are using the on-premise version of Lansweeper or the Cloud application.

For some reason I get an error when I try to click create a case "Sorry, an unexpected issue occurred. Report it here" is the message I am getting.  Is there another way to contact tech support?

I have restored the data and disabled all the data cleanup.  It is still removing data; how do I prevent this from happening.  Scanning began again as expected but it is deleting data.  I have it set to never clean up any data.  All of the InTune devices have been deleted how is this happening?  InTune scanning is also disabled thinking that would prevent old data from getting written over.
