Can you please contact Lansweeper support for this. If the data is really deleted, we need to look into this.
There is a possibility the new scan sees your asset as a new one then the data of the custom fields might get lost.
But ideally the data should stay.
When contacting Lansweeper Support, please mention as well if your are using the on-premise version of Lansweeper or the Cloud application.
