I've been using LsPush with windows, but this is my first test of LsAgent v10.2.0.0 on linux (Debian 11).

I'm running into an error.  lsagentlog.txt shows:

[Info] Creating InternalCommunicationsSender to URL https://...

[Info] Getting asset status from the server

[Error] System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Where do I start with troubleshooting this?

Hello there!

I would recommend mailing the technical support team with this one. Information on how to contact us can be found here: https://www.lansweeper.com/contact-support/

If you could also include the following information, that would be a great start:

  • Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper scan server.
  • A screenshot of the 'Scanning\Cloud Relay Configuration' page in your Lansweeper web console.
  • The LsAgent.ini file, as found on the client asset running the agent.
  • The LsAgentlog.txt, as found on the same client asset running the agent.
  • The lsagentconfiguration.xml, as found on the same client asset running the agent.
  • Screenshots of the same client machine's Lansweeper webpage. Show us the following tabs:
    • Summary
    • Errors (if it exists)

For anyone else who might encounter this error, the 'solution' is to reboot the linux client machine. Restarting the service is not sufficient.
