Hi,
I want to create new roles, and add AD groups to them, to separate users, and to make life easier. Is that posible, and how to manage that. I found that I can restrict access to website, but that is not what is in my mind. So , if anyone manage that, please let me know

Dear,
You can assign AD groups directly to your roles in the on-prem web console. In that way, they will inherit the permissions of the role.
See the screenshot below. This can be found under Configuration\User Access & Roles

Sadly non of the people who are in those groups, get the roles, even not after 24 hours of waiting
