Many Username are entry

I had installed the Lansweeper Premium 4.0.0.37 a month. I find that there are over 50% computers cannot log down the information of last user. Is any configuration need to do in the manage console? I already changed the "Item wait time" of "Users" & "UserinGroup" as 1. But it cannot reduce the rate of entry "username" problem...

Is anyone can help ?

At the time of the scan, are there users logged on to the console on the xp machines?

In own case, must of the PCs are XP. The win2000 issue is fine for us. I also enabled a scheduled scan at lunch hours and a officel hours(3:00pm). But it still cannot reduce the rate of username empty problem...

The user needs to be logged onto the console at the time of the scan.
In case of windows 2000 computers it only works if the user is an administrator (windows limitation)
