We have just released Lansweeper version 11.1.4.3, which should resolve the issue with scanservers going offline unexpectedly. This new version has other exciting fixes, but I thought I would highlight the most important one.

Mine got stuck updating. Already tried the recommended article but it is still doing the same thing. i had to revert back to 11.1.3 version

Sorry, fixed it myself. Had to do DB maintenance before the applying the update.

The LS-process runs for 10 minutes and stops.

Hello there!
Without looking at your logs, it will be hard to determine why the Lansweeper service stops. A support case would be the way to go.

It seems like CDN collision - download old installer sometimes.
Resolved by re-downloading.
