No "New Device in last hour" E-mail

We have a dual boot Laptop that is installed with a 'Windows 10 pro' and a 'Ubuntu Linux 20' partition.
We connect this Laptop with a wire to our network.
When we boot with 'Windows 10 pro', Lansweeper add a new Assert row, but we don't get an E-mail with subject "New devices in last hour'.
When we boot with 'Ubuntu Linux 20', Lansweeper add a new Assert row and we get an E-mail with subject 'New device in last hour'.

Why are we not receiving an E-mail with a new Windows device?

I'm guessing that happens because Windows computers are not a device, but a Windows machine.
So a Windows computer is a Windows Computer, everything else is a device. A monitor is a device, a VMWare server is a device, a switch is a device, a printer is a device, a firewall is a device... you get the ideia...

If you check the reports, you have something like:

Computer: New computers found in the last 24 hours
Device: New devices found in the last 24 hours

See the difference ?
