Hello community,

 

after migrating my lansweeper environment to a new server, I am not able to add new scanning credentials.

When I want to add the new credentials, and click ok, the new credentials are not visible in my list.

I have no entries in my error log in that time.

Also, I have for my client this scan issues with the error No valid credentials found. Check encryption file, can it have to do with the problem?

How can I solve this problem?

Hi There,

 

You will have to copy over the encryption file from the old server to the new server.
