Hi everyone
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction, but our LanSweeper installation used to show all the computers that a user had logged onto, but now that area is empty. I have upgraded to 6019, but the problem was there before that. I'm not aware of any config changes that could have affected this function. Anyone got any clues?
Thanks in advance
Anthony

Make sure your users are logging into computers during computer scans, as this is when Lansweeper adds logon events to the database. The best way to ensure that all logon events are captured is to deploy our LsPush scanning agent in a logon script or group policy. Keep in mind as well that how long old logon events are kept in the database is determined by the "Delete logon information after XX days" setting under Configuration\Server Options.
