For the past 15 days I have called 26 times (both numbers), emailed 15 times, contacted cleverbridge, called and emailed my rep (Mark Shevlin), my backup rep (Ryan Beard), entered support from web just to renew my license.
No one has ever answered or called back, both my rep and backup reps phones are disconnected, tried to make appt for support (1st booking was 40 days from now with Ryan Gross) Tried to email Ryan Gross (No answer)
My product has expired as of yesterday, and we are now in contact with other more reliable companies.
