prevent other domain users to access lansweeper server website service

hi how can i allow only a particular (doamin group) to have access on lan sweeper server webpage. i tried allowing helpdesk PC IP address only and it works fine but what if we will use a different PC? then we will not be able to access the lansweeper page.
is it possible to block the website using domain group authentication?
