Is it possible to publish Lansweeper online so users can access the helpdesk etc. from outside?

Much like any other website, the web console can be published online. We can unfortunately only provide limited support for this though. We'd recommend running your web console on IIS, setting up and eventually forcing https on your web console using your own SSL certificate. Performing these actions isn't any different for the Lansweeper web console than any other web site. As such your internal website administrator should be able to aid you in this process. Lacking this, there are many online guides available for this.

You might want to involve your NETSEC person or persons... i.e. Related people with appropriate experience and authority for such a situation...

Probably safer and easier to just run it internally and require a VPN connection...
