I've seen this issue before. You should be able to fix it by doing the following:
- Navigate to Deployment\Schedule Deployments
- Edit the Schedule "Every 1st Of The Month"
- Deselect the first day, select it again and click on Ok.
These steps should ensure that the schedule works again by saving its configuration again.

The strange Thing when i tried this was, that nothing was selceted in the "Edit" menu.
I have selected the first day and saved. When i re-open, nothing is selceted again.
I will have to wait for the 1st of November to see if the Reports get triggered now.
