Relations - Lansweeper Site

Hi All, 

Hopefully a straightforward query that I'm missing. We have a relatively new install of Lansweeper. So much so it's still gather all data. One issue I noticed was how it handled Relations. We have a requirement to be able to present who owns a device and so any historical owners. I was planning on handling this via the Relations section of a device in the Lansweeper site. 

For the most part it works perfectly. I Edit the device, select add new relation -> AD User, enter the required details and select 'Owned By' in the Relation Type. My issue arises when I need to update this relation. If the original owner leaves the company and we give this device to a new owner, I cannot update the original Relationship to enter an end date. I can only delete or leave the end date as unlimited.

I believe this is available in classic. Am I missing something on the Lansweeper site, or is this feature simply not available?

You are referring to the Top Console User option in the on-prem version (https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/managing-assets/link-assets-to-other-assets-or-users/ta-p/64304#...) , right? In that case, that option is not available in Cloud sites at the moment.  We invite you to open a feature request ticket with our Support team (https://www.lansweeper.com/contact/contact-support/) for its consideration 🙂
