Some way to keep track of, and report on asset repair service would be great. Could be simple like date of service, problem, resolution, time expended, and parts cost.

Our upcoming help desk will be ideal for this. You'll be able to:
  • Create a "repair service" ticket type.
  • Configure custom fields for that specific ticket type.
  • When a repair is needed, create a ticket, fill in the required fields and attach the related asset.
