So, the answer from support is it is broken and they are not sure when they will fix it. "A fix for it will be in a future release. Unfortunately, there is no estimated release date. "
They are calling it a bug so Lansweeper Status reports that there are no current issues.

Unfortunately, there is no estimated release date. We recommend checking our changelog when a new version is released to ensure this fix is included.
