Hello Lansweeper community,
We are currently running Lansweeper v 10.4.1.0 and are using the LsAgent (with the default 24 hours interval).
Under the Scanned Item interval we have configured that ENVIRONMENT is scanned by LsAgent Only.
But when we check Windows -> Environment of an asset we see the notification ‘No information found’ and under Scan time we see a red dot near Environment.
What do we need to do to get this working?
