We are on Lansweeper 12.3.3.0 (on Windows 2019 Std) with SQL Server Standard 2019 DB (on a production DB server). Lansweeper 12.4.1.2 upgrade is blocked with an error "The database server is not supported Before continuing the installation, please move the database to a SQL Server instance running SQL 2022 or higher..."
Our implementation is on Lansweeper's supported list. Do we need to buy another SQL server to use Lansweeper's latest version?

Hello rdoidge,
Is your server hosted in Azure (or another Cloud platform).
For some editions, the SQL server version can't be identified. Maybe this is a similar issue.
Do you mind opening a Support case for that?
