Hello,

We've upgraded our Lansweeper to 11.1.0.13 but Scan server shows always "Unavailable". We've restart LS Server service several times but Scan server status persists.

We don't see any errors on errorlog

We are having this exact issue. We restart Lansweeper server service, it works for 5 minutes then down again. Were they able to resolve issue?

They're still investigating my ticket. I sent them more logs yesterday but they were specifically keying into something related to the "Performance Scans". I ended up turning off ALL Scanning (performance scans, and all items under Scanning Targets), and this stopped my service from crashing. It was more important to us that email for helpdesk be working than the scans be up to date. That being said, as a short term solution I setup a PowerShell script to restart the service automatically every couple minutes to get by until I found it was related specifically to scanning something.

PS. I also had to recreate my MSGraph App link in Microsoft Entra portal in order to get our email working.

Update2: Disregard, scan server broke down again. Another thing I noticed is that after the update, the CPU utilization spiked up to a constant 70-80% when before the update, it sat between 5-10%. The Lansweeper Service is using 60-70% of the CPU.

UPDATE: Right after I posted on here, I was able to resolve our issue by recreating MSGraph client secret and then restarting Lansweeper server service. So far, it's been running good for 2 hours.

We had a similar issue and also had success by removing the M365 scanning credentials and job. We readded them, but they are not working right now and will have to work with the support team to figure that out, but at least the scanning service is stable again!

We are seeing a similar issue, but also not getting incoming email. We just opened a ticket, but I see a pinned post about there being some sort of issue with the Microsoft Graph connection that it uses (at least for email). I wonder if that error is then causing the scan server errors.

We see that Scan server connects to DB correctly but after 20-30 seconds Scan Server goes "Unavailable"
