Hi all, 

Getting a strange error, we are using agents to scan machines. But have a scanning error. 

Scan issue found while scanning:
No valid credentials found. Check encryption file

Has anyone seen this before?

Hello, 

Even when scanning with agents, your assets might still be part of an agentless scanning target. Can you check if the scanning targets are disabled? You can also check on the scan time tab of each asset, if it was still targeted by an agentless scan. A scan with an agent, should not use credentials normally.
