Search by users on LS cloud

Hi,

On the on-prem version of LS you are able to search by users, giving full details of their AD profile, O365,.... including the computer they most recently used.

This search functionality is no longer available on the cloud version. Any idea how you can search by user/username on LS cloud?

This feature is currently not in active development, so we can't provide you with an ETA at this time.

I hope this feature gets added soon. We have had poor adoption of the cloud console because of this.

This is often the starting point for our helpdesk using Lansweeper, or just anyone really. More often than not our users are using Lansweeper to pull up someone's Windows machine, and the easiest way to find out what machine they are using is to search for them in Lansweeper.

Is this feature in the works? This is a main feature we use and want to move our teams over to using the cloud but this makes adoption very hard.
