Is there a setting to make a certain ticket(s) only seen (in the website dropdown) by Agents?

Just to reduce the amount of ticket types Users see?

All see (agents and users)

You can choose to display a ticket type differently for a user by configuring this in Configuration\Ticket Content. The last column "Show different type to users" if checked, the ticket type will be displayed as another ticket type of your choice to users without agent permissions.
