I think we have missed something with our configuration. Users are being prompted for credentials.

We've followed many help documents and made some changes in IIS to no avail.

There may already be a thread for this and if there is, please point me to it.

Thanks for the quick reply. We discovered that the problem was the browser settings, not the LanSweeper setup. Thanks again.

Tom,

Which browser are your users using, and do you have the website in a site which is considered intranet zone? I only get prompted for creds when using Firefox, but have the sites FQDN as a trusted zone for IE
