I'd love to have more control over the emails generated. I'd like to be able to select who recieves an email, rather than chosing a "reply type".
For example, when a user updates a ticket the only option I have is to enable or disable "User Update (Sent to Agent and User)". I'd like that email to go to just the agent, I don't think the user needs a notification they updated the ticket.
So yeah, like a checkboxes for who recieves emails would be great. Could include Team Leader, Assigned Agent, All Agent, User, CC Users.
