Hi. Anyone interested in sharing their ticket types as I need some inspiration on how to make them useful.

you could follow the ITIL standards, Support, Access Request, Service Request and Event Management then drill down from there if you wish Support/Hardware/Laptop or Service Request/Email/Release from Quarantine

design the ticket types around how/what you want to report on. That is the key.
