Unauthorized Software Report not displaying proper items.

Hello everyone.

I think I might be missing something with the built-in unauthorized software report. Forgive me if I sound like a total newbie, LanSweeper is fairly new to me.

The report is only listing software that is unrated/neutral. I have gone through and made specific software unauthorized, but the report doesn't include these. Additionally, the unrated software and unauthorized software reports are displaying the same items.

How can I get the unauthorized software report to display the correct items?

Hi Charles,

Thanks for the reply. We're running 6.0.150.60. I had seen that report you linked to previously however, it does not have the intended behavior either. Perhaps I need to be editing it to suit our needs, but by default it does not include unauthorized software.

What version are you running?

This is resolved. I used the following the report, otherwise it would only ever list unrated/neutral software.
