Hello Lansweeper community! 😃
I need to figure out how to understand our current lansweeper installation. I got lansweeper installed now on a 2019 server and successfully pointed to the SQL server database where the current server points. (Well, successful during install, errors on the login page now....)
So, I guess my questions are these... where can I see what account the current server is using to push to the SQL server? I found the server path, but not an account.
Also, it barked about licensing for multiple scanning servers - I don't want multiples but I can't take down the existing server without making sure it's working on the new one. How does one do that successfully?
TLDR, admins left and I am picking up the pieces trying to understand our installation so I can migrate it to a newer version of Windows. (Old server is 2012 and attempting to move to 2019.)
Thanks for any insights you may have. 🙂
