I've got a few computers that used to have older versions of office (2003 and/or 2007), which we uninstalled and installed newer versions.
However, in Lansweeper, the software entries for those computers still list the old versions. Is there something extra I have to do in order for Lansweeper to correctly report what's installed?
Information regarding installed software for Windows machines is scanned by Lansweeper from the registry of the computer in question, and mimics the add/remove software list. This information has a scan interval of 1 day, Please verify the following:
Check if the software is no longer present in the add/remove view of the computers in question.
Verify that the computers have been rescanned without error more than 1 day after the uninstall actions.
