Engaged Sweeper

I've uninstalled my lansweeper and installed it again, however I can't get past the Update in progress screen. My only thought is that I installed Lansweeper when I was onsite at one of our businesses and now I'm remote. Would this be causing the issue where I can't log back in because I'm on a different network?
