I don't wish (at this time) to have my users select the "assets concerned" in the ticket form. Can I disable the button entirely, or on a per-ticket-type basis?
Whenever I reply to a ticket within the console, both myself and the user gets a reply. Obviously the user needs to see my reply, but I don't need to get an email to see what I wrote.How can I disable that?
