I have 5x scanning servers pushing to cloud console. 4x servers have updated fine, but the 5th (largest) is not detecting the Scan server when running the installer, despite locally on the console it showing the below .

is there an issue with the latest update file and installs outside the c:\program files x86 directory as thats the only difference i can see with this server with the issue.

this was resolved by Support - there was some weird previous install behaviour so scanner and website was completed removed and re-installed to default
