Hello, our current license is expired. We renewed and made an ACH payment to renew our license. We have attempted to contact our sales team as well as account manager. We have not heard back from either. We are in need of our updated license. This has been an issue for around 2 weeks now and we are in need of a resolution ASAP. Thank you
