User can't login in Lansweeper internal site

Hello,

I added 5 user accounts to access Lansweeper internal site and when they try to access show error login with the reason "You have no rights granted to access this website". Do I need to add more permissions? They are already with administrator+agent.

Hi, 
The article below explains how you can restrict access to the application, the same steps can be used to provide users access. They are probably not part of one of the AD groups that are granted access.
