Hello, I've had Lansweeper setup without Helpdesk for months and would like to take advantage of it's ticketing system.
Is there a how-to to setup the Helpdesk? I see the configuration page and it's many options but I don't see how to allow users access to just create and modify their tickets in Lansweeper or for me to set which user groups are allowed to login to Lansweeper.

If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be eternally grateful.
