Our end-user are not able to see the helpdesk section of Lansweeper. When they go to the website, all they see is a page saying they don't have access.
We are using Windows authentication and the user I'm testing with is in the users list.
PS - I searched here first but perhaps I'm not using the correct terms.

Most likely your user is not part of the Windows groups that are allowed to have access to the site.
Please check the KB article below. This explains in step how you can grant certain groups or restrict access.
