There is a report called "All workstations without antivirus software". It shows 17 assets and the funny thing is that all of them have antivirus installed. But all them, on their asset page, show an ERROR tab with some ACCESS_DENIED errors. I have attached a photo. All of these assets have been detected and scanned correctly (no WMI issues).
Something i could check?

Hi ELVAL-IT,
Scanning Access Denied errors usually point to invalid credentials or credentials that lack local administrative privileges on the asset that is being scanned but could be related to the machine's DCOM or firewall settings as well. Some WMI classes need a credential with full Administrative privileges
I'd recommend double-checking the credentials and see if they are allowed to scan the requested information.
If you keep getting these scanning errors, I would recommend dropping an email to support@lansweeper.com. Our technical support team will be happy to assist you with further support regarding your inquiry.
