Hello everyone,
I'll try to explain my problem as a layman.
I have about 80 assets. not all PCs have been scanned properly for about 2 months. the Successful scan date is old. Where can I see why the scan was not perfect?
A few months ago there was a problem that not all Win 10 computers were scanned anymore. then there was a registry patch to fix this. is there a newer patch that has to be installed on the pcs so that the scan runs properly again?

Hello there!
We have not tested if there are any other workarounds outside of keeping the assets up to date, so this would be trial and error, and we can't provide support for this.

it is a very old Windows Server with no updates.

Hello there!
That would explain the scanning issues. Alternatively, if your very old server still meets the LsAgent installation requirements, you could use our scanning agent instead: https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/requirements/lsagent-installation-requirements/ta-p/64467

Hello there!
If the Microsoft DCOM changes indeed cause your scanning issue, these issues will disappear when your scanned clients and your scanning servers are entirely up to date with the latest Microsoft KB updates.
