Champion Sweeper II

WE have several custom fields in our help desk module.  What we'd like to be able to do is edit multiple tickets at once.  Currently it only allows us to change basic fields, such as ticket type, ticket team, etc.   We'd like to be able to select multiple tickets and edit those custom fields.   Is that something that we can configure ourselves?

Hello everyone! I'm currently facing the same question!

We need to classify certain tickets in isolation.

Some of these even involve legal issues that we need to clarify, so a function or SQL script that could handle this would be incredibly helpful!

Does anyone have any ideas?
